Terms & Conditions: “Win a 50€ Steam Gift Card” Giveaway

1. Sponsor & Promotion
This giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Gamekeys OÜ. The Promotion is hosted as a single, unified contest running across all of our domains and social-media channels. There is one drawing for all entries, no separate contests by domain or channel.

2. Promotion Period
Entries will be accepted beginning October 7, 2025 and ending October 31, 2025 (the “Entry Period”).

3. Eligibility
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor (and their immediate family and household members) are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

Visit the official giveaway page here: bit.ly/punktid-giveaway (or via any of our domains or social-media channels).
Complete the form by submitting a valid e-mail address. Each unique e-mail counts as one entry. Multiple submissions with the same e-mail address will be disqualified.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a 50€ Steam gift card. The gift card will be sent digitally to the email address provided by the winner. No cash or other substitutions will be accepted.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
On November 1, 2025, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries. The selected entrant will be notified by e-mail within 48 hours of the drawing.

7. Claiming Prize
Winner must respond to the notification e-mail within seven (7) days to confirm eligibility and provide any requested information. Failure to respond or comply will result in forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Privacy & Data Use
Participating email addresses will be added to our newsletter list, from which each person has the opportunity to unsubscribe at any time. Personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs its integrity.

10. Release & Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Meta Platforms, Inc., and their respective agents, affiliates, and employees from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of the prize.
