1. Order Fulfillment and Delays
1.1 Fulfillment Schedule
- We generally fulfill all orders within 0-3 business days.
- Please note that orders may take longer to fulfill during weekends or holidays.
1.2 3 Business Day Rule
- If we have not received or cannot fulfill your order for any reason within 3 business days of payment confirmation, you are entitled to a free refund for your order.
1.3 Early Returns
- If you wish to return your order earlier than 3 business days, when we are still able to fulfill the order, a return fee of €3 per order will be added.
2. Refund Terms
2.1 Incorrect or Invalid Code
- If the digital key provided to you is incorrect or does not work due to our error, we will replace it with a new key or refund the amount paid for the order.
2.2 Delay in Fulfillment
- If we are unable to fulfill your order within a reasonable time (including if it is not possible to fulfill the order within 3 business days at the latest), you are entitled to a refund.
3. Non-refundable codes
3.1 Opened codes
- Once a digital code has already been opened, we are no longer able to refund it. This helps prevent fraud and ensures that the codes issued are valid.
4. Refund process
4.1 Making a refund
- Refunds will always be made to the same bank account from which the original payment was made.
- Refund processing may take up to 7 business days from the moment we have confirmed the refund.
4.2 Requesting a refund
- To request a refund, please contact our customer support via the chat window, including your order number and a description of the problem.
- Our customer support will review your request as soon as possible and provide you with further instructions.
